About Beth
Mom, Wife, Sister, Aunt, & Friend
I am a mom to the sweetest lil man, 8 years old, diagnosed with Autism just a couple months after his 3rd birthday. We also have a beautiful little princess, who is 4 years old. She has been diagnosed with FPIES (Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome – rare food allergy).
The hubby and I have been married for 10 years and have battled our way through infertility, post-partum depression, bankruptcy, anxiety and marriage troubles. We are stronger then ever and work together to navigate special needs.
In my spare time, I enjoy digital planning, digital memory keeping, reading, listening to music, and watching Hallmark movies (especially at Christmas).
My motto is to live MY LIFE from MY HEART.
My goal is to help other moms DESIGN a life they love!
Different NOT Less
Every child with autism deserves to have equal opportunity in all aspects of life. AND as parents we don’t know, what we don’t know. I want to share my knowledge and resources to the benefit of other mothers new to the autism diagnosis. It took me too many years to learn what I now know and I want to help expidite that process for other families.
My Values & Beliefs
Live Life with INTENTION
When I set my mind to something, I intend to see it through. I am a planner. I like to be organized and reach goals. My approach to autism is the same, get the facts and make a decision. We try to do everything with intention. We intend to make this the best life!
Autism means Living a Better Life
Yes, I was scared when we received our son’s diagnosis. We were told it was possible, but did not believe it until it was confirmed by a developmental pediatrician. BUT, we knew without a doubt, a diganosis doesn’t change our love and our fight for what our son needs. We will do anything to give our lil man everything he needs to live HIS best life!
Listen to Your Heart
Before my husband and I were married, I was blessed with the opportunity to work with a life coach. The number one take away from her, was to live from your heart. Everyday, I strive to do this. Autism is in my heart. Connecting with other mama’s traveling on this journey is my calling.
